When do I receive the tickets?
The organization of the event usually sends the tickets two weeks before the event. In most cases, these are e-tickets. These will be sent by e-mail. Paper tickets are sent via postal services to your home address.
Are seats located next to each other?
When you order several seats in one order, it's always guaranteed to be located together.
Travel packages: Can I cancel the trip?
No, the trip cannot be canceled after payment. To keep prices low, the services are non-refundable. We therefore strongly recommend cancellation insurance.
Travel packages; Can I make changes in the travel package?
In general we offer a standard package, but we can make slight adjustments. Please contact us by mail.
Travel packages: Can I have my own room?
Yes. If you would like separate rooms this will incur an additional charge. Please contact us for further details.
Travel packages: Will there be a tour guide available?
To keep costs low, we do not provide tour guides on location. Please know that we do provide accurate information to get you to the circuit.
How can you be so cheap?
We work with a ‘no-frills’ concept. For example, there is no accompanying tour guide. Our package also includes a simple, but good hotel.

How can I make a complaint?
We want our customers to have the best experience possible when booking with us, but we understand sometimes things can go wrong.
